We ship throughout the UK and aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days and you will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

We want you and your little learners to love our books. Each bundle is carefully curated and packaged to provide premium, gift ready experience. 

Returns are accepted for damaged or faulty items.

You can request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us directly, including any evidence of the issue and once verified we will provide a replacement or offer a refund. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
